Happy Holidays From Synergy!

On behalf of everyone here at Synergy Merchant Services, we would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Of course, we’d also love to wish everyone a Happy Hanukkah as well. We’re very proud to say that Synergy is comprised of a diverse staff made up of a variety of unique cultures who are all celebrating festive holidays at this time of year.

So we decided for the last blog of 2010, that we would take to the office and ask for some personal holiday wishes to share with our clients, colleagues and blog readers. Synergy marketing rep, Farooq Khan shared some words of encouragement about the new year. One of our most upbeat and motivated staff members, Farooq has overcome adversity to become successful in his position this past year.

“Do good and tell others to do good,” says Farooq, “Maintain discipline and be punctual. Work can be hard but hang in there. Your perseverance will pay off.” “Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of my great colleagues at Synergy Merchant Services,” added Funding Specialist, Momsad Khan (no relation to Farooq).

“I’d like to also say Happy Holidays to all of our clients as well,” he added, “ It’s been awesome helping Canadian business owners grow their companies over the past year. I look forward to continuing on this track in the new year. One piece of advice I have is to make realistic resolutions. Anything can be accomplished if you put your mind to it. Money helps too!”

“Have a wonderful Christmas everyone!” exclaimed Funding Specialist, Linda Nigro, “I know I will! I’m headed to Florida this weekend! It’s a family tradition. So I won’t be having a white Christmas, but I know it’ll be a fun one. I think traditions are important, and I definitely enjoy celebrating them with my family. I’ll see my Synergy family in the new year. All the best!”

“Stay focused on the future,” advises marketing rep, Marshall Laskar, “and let’s build up from there as a strong team. We feel our clients are like teammates and it’s our jobs to help them to win. Most importantly, let’s keep the chemistry and energy going and let’s use the holiday season to recharge our batteries. Rock on!”

One of our newest reps, Brenton Grant had this to offer: “In the past couple of years, the recession has kept a lot of us down. Let’s be optimistic in the new year and take advantage of all opportunities that may come our way. One way to do that is start with your family. Take care of those who take care of you and you’re bound to have a prosperous future. Perseverance, strong will and desire leads to success.”

John Meloche is capping off an exciting 2010, a year that saw Synergy’s Vice President of Marketing tie the knot. We all know that John will be celebrating the holidays in style. We leave you with his advice on how to do the same: “Here’s hoping your holiday is filled with family, fun, food and lots wine and very hard liquor and repeat!”
