Food Industry Battles The Recession

Last night was the perfect night for dining out in Canada. A number of restaurants and food chains were offering up great deals in an effort to battle the global recession that is affecting nearly every industry. No matter how tough times are, people still need to eat, right?

Well, taking that ball and running with it was the classy Milestones Grill & Bar who had its restaurants throughout Canada hold “Milestones Date Night” from 4pm to closing time last night. Restaurant patrons had the opportunity to dine at Milestones with a date but only pay for one of the two meals!
